The Chakra Meditation is a unique method to get to know about the energy focal points in your body, known as the Chakras. Chakras represent the nerve flexi in your body that form the focal point of your nervous system and emanate awareness and consciousness in every activity that you indulge in.

These chakras are situated at important places in your body, and are a total of seven in number. Each of the chakras is identified by its unique function and attributes.

The Root chakra controls the entire constitution of the body, and is crucially situated at the very base of your spine. The chakra that controls our emotions and feelings is the Naval chakra that is located at your lower abdomen. Human feelings of love, harmony, sexuality and passion are all linked to this focal point.

The Heart Chakra is situated near the heart and is associated with the various emotions linked to the heart.

The Throat chakra controls communication, while the Crown chakra influences thinking.

The Brow chakra is also known as the ‘Third Eye’, and the Solar Plexus chakra represents our will.
